适用范围：适用于室内低吸水率的玻化砖、仿古砖等饰面砖粘结面(背面)的界面处理。

施工工艺：

◎ 瓷砖或石材背面必须结实平整、干燥清洁、无脱模剂、灰浆、树脂油污灰尘。对于空鼓、松脱的基面及凸出之物都先铲除,不平整基面应先用水泥砂浆修补妥当。

◎ 通常情况下0.09kg/m²,实际用量根据基面不同平整度、干燥度、施工方式而有所不同。

◎ 将瓷砖或石材背面朝上水平放置于地面,清除背面灰浆、树脂油污及灰尘等杂物。

◎ 用棕毛刷或小滚筒将青巢背涂胶均匀刷在瓷砖或石材背面,确保100%面积被涂刷。

◎ 将普通水泥搅拌成水泥净浆按照传统方式粘贴,或使用瓷砖胶粘贴更佳。

◎ 强烈建议墙面同时涂刷强力瓷砖粘接剂,这样粘结力更强,防水效果更好,绝不空鼓、脱落。

◎ 施工过程中需佩戴相应劳动保护用品,避免儿童接触。

储存环境：

在阴凉、干燥环境中,包装完好产品的保质期为1年。

SCOPE OF APPLICATION：

lt is suitable for the interfacial treatment of the bonding surface (back) of glazed brick and antique brick with low water absorption.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY:

◎ The back of ceramic tiles or stones must be frm, flat, dry and clean, free from mold release agent, mortar, resin ail and dust.Forempty drum, loose base and protruding abjects, the uneven base should be repaired with cement mortar first

◎ Under normal circumstances,0.0Skg/m ; the actual amount of usage varies according to the dfferent flatness, dryness and con-struclion methods of the base surface.

◎ Place tles or stones on the ground horizonltally and upward to remove impurities such as mortar, resin grease and dust on the back.·Brush the back of the green nest with a brownt brush or a small drum evenly on the back of the tile or stone to ensure that 100%of the area is painted.

◎ Ordinary cement is mixed into cement paste and pasted in the traditional way, or ceramic tile paste is better.

◎ lt is strongly recommended that the wall be painted with strong ceramic tile adhesives at the same time, so that the bonding strengthis stronger, the waterproof effect is better,and it will never be empty and fall off.

◎ During construction, appropriate labor protection articles should be wom to avoid children's contact.
