产品说明：

德国龙珀腻子粉，选取优质石材精心磨制而成，粉末均匀，细腻柔滑，产品不含甲醛、VOC等有害物质，刮涂后净白雅致，色泽柔和，适用于装修过程中墙体抹灰、墙面批刮找平的环节。产品施工性能优异，在不同水质情况下均能保持优良的和易性，施工后附着力强，批涂爽滑，不易粉化。使用安全放心，是家庭高档装修必备产品。

产品特点：

适用范围：

广泛应用于建筑墙体，如混凝土，水泥砂浆墙面，石膏板等，也应用于罩面装饰、顶棚等的批刮找平。

施工步骤：

1.搅拌好的腻子宜在2小时内用完；

2.干固后的腻子不可再次加水搅拌后使用，不可与其它找平材料混用；

3.由于腻子强度高，应在腻子处于半干状态下用刮板找平；

4.请放置在儿童不易接触的地方，若不慎入眼，请立即以清水冲洗并及时就医；

5.施工条件、施工环境和固化过程温度应在5℃-35℃之间，空气相对湿度≤85℃。

注意事项：

1.清洁墙面，保证其坚实、无浮灰和污物，含水率尽量低于10%，如有油污或残旧剥落油漆，应先进行清洁处理；

2.将腻子粉按比例加入适量清水中（腻子∶水=1∶0.38重量比），边加便用手提式电动搅拌机低速搅拌均匀，至均匀无颗粒状；

3.搅拌后建议放置10分钟（冬季30分钟）进行熟化，使用前再次搅拌；

4.将搅拌均匀的腻子产品平整的批刮到墙面上，厚度保持1-3mm之间，不能一次性批刮过厚，否则会造成开裂、起泡等现象；

5.为保证最佳效果，批刮次数需视基层平整度进行调整，建议施工2~3层，各层均匀需表面找平，修整，压光，并且应视固化程度及时用细砂纸予以打磨施工。再将墙面清扫干净，层间间隔应小于5天。

储存环境：存放在干燥、阴凉处；避免霜冻和暴晒。

执行标准：GS-JC/T298-2010

注意事项：不准与其它粉料混合使用，施工用料需一次批刮完毕，不可间隔使用。

基层处理：基层坚实无浮灰和污物，墙体表面含水率应低于5%。

搅拌本品：直接加水搅拌，稠度以最佳施工为宜，粉:水为1:0.41；稠度根据一次性找平厚度适当微量调整，以最佳施工为宜。

使用本品：将调好的本品刮至石膏板缝里，凝固后再刮一遍，通常刮两遍。搅拌后的产品要一次性用完，初凝后不允许再加水搅拌使用。

本品只能用清水调和使用，不能同其他任何产品混合使用。

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS：

SCOPE OF APPLICATION：

Widely used in bullding walls , and concrete,cement mortar walls, gypsum board,etc, can also to npplind to overay decoration, ceilings, etc. Scraping and leveling.

CONSTRUCTION STEPS：

1.The mixed putty should be used up within 2 hours;

2.Putty to dry after not add water again after stirring use, can not be mixed with other ieveling material;

3.Due to the high strength of putty, putty should be in semi-day state with a scraper leveling;

4.Keep out away from the children, if it gets.please rinse with water immediately and seek medical saaistance.

5.The construction conditions,construction environnient and curing tempe-

6.rature should be between 5℃-35℃,erlative humidity ≤85℃.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION：

1.Cleanthe wall and ensure its sold, free from dust and dirt, moisture content less than 10% as much as possible, if any oil or ditapidated flaking paint shoutd be cleaned;

2.Greon putly in proportlon to the amount of wator added(putty:water=1:0.38 weight ratio),whlle adding a low speed then stir with a hand-held electric mixer, until a homogeneous non-granular;

3.Aftor stirring for 10 minutes is recommended (in winter 30 minutes) for aging, stirring again before use;

4.Stir the putty flat product batch scraped the wall thickness of between 1~ 3mm holding,not a one-time grant scratched thick, otherwise it wil cause cracking, blistering and other phenomena;

5.In order to ensure the best effect, the times of batch scraping should be adjusted according to the smoothness of the base. It is suggested that 2 ~ 3 layers should be constructed, each layer should be even, trimmed and pressed, and should be polished with fine sandpaper in time according to the degree of Cure. The interval should be less than 5 days.

STORAGE ENVIRONMENT:

Store in a dry and cool place; avoid frost and sun exposure.
