耐水腻子粉是以高分子无机材料为基料，辅以各种改性剂配制而成的粉状或膏状产品。主要特点是成活后耐水性好，粘接强度高，装饰墙面后受潮遇水不掉粉、不开裂、不脱落。耐水腻子使用方便、施工迅速、可以在潮湿墙面上施工，可以应用于各种室内潮湿环境中的墙板、顶棚的基层处理，最适合建筑物室内初装修的墙面处理。耐水腻子无毒、无味，是现代绿色环保产品。

适用范围：

可以应用于:混凝土墙面、水泥砂浆面、纸筋灰、水泥轻隔墙板、石膏板等基层，主要用于各种基层处理，特别是厨房、卫生间、浴室的顶棚及墙面，也可以用于阳台栏板及一些湿度较大场合的基层处理。

施工步骤：

墙体必须用封底胶处理，墙面基层必须坚实、平整，墙体饰面上的孔洞、砂眼、边角不正处、墙体不平处用粉刷石膏刮涂，也可用石膏粉配911缓凝剂进行修补找平，以达到批刮耐水腻子平整度的要求。基层含水率应大于15%，干燥基层必须湿润,手摸基层有湿润感,湿润可以采用毛滚子蘸胶对基层进行一遍封底处理。夏季施工更应该加强封底与湿润的处理。

按50%左右的加水量加凉水，将腻子粉倒入水中，静置10分钟左右，再进行搅拌，必须搅拌均匀，保证浆体中无结块。一次搅拌的腻子2小时内用完。凝固变稠的腻子浆体不能再次加水使用。

一般采用2～3遍成活，腻子层厚度1～1.5mm，待第―遍腻子干透后，用水砂纸打磨，再涂刮第二遍腻子。第二、三遍腻子连续作业，刮涂与收光宜同时进行。一间房子的腻子可以一天成活。参考用量0.9～1.5Kg/m³。

储存环境：存放在干燥、阴凉处；避免霜冻和暴晒。

SCOPE OF APPLICATION：

Can be applied to: concrete wall, cement mortar surface, paper reinforced ash, cement light partition board, gypsum board and other base, mainly used for a variety of base treatment, especially the kitchen, toilet, bathroom ceiling and wall, can also be used for balcony balustrade and some occasions with high humidity base treatment.

CONSTRUCTION STEPS：

The wall must be treated with sealer, the base course of the wall must be solid and smooth, the holes, sand holes, corners and uneven parts of the wall surface shall be plastered with plaster, and the plaster powder and 911 retarder can also be used for repairing and leveling, so as to meet the requirements of the smoothness of the water-resistant putty. The moisture content of the base course should be more than 15%, and the dry base course must be moist. If you touch the base course by hand, you can use rough roller to dip in glue to seal the base course. Summer construction should strengthen the treatment of back sealing and wetting.

Add cool water according to about 50% of the amount of water, pour the putty powder into the water, let it stand for about 10 minutes, and then stir it. It must be stirred evenly to ensure that there is no caking in the paste. The putty mixed once is used up in 2 hours. The solidified and thickened putty paste can not be used with water again.

Generally, the putty layer is 1-1.5mm thick, which is survived for 2-3 times. After the first pass of putty is completely dry, it shall be polished with sand paper, and then the second pass of putty

shall be applied. The second and third times of putty should be operated continuously, and the scraping and finishing should be carried out at the same time. The putty of a house can survive in one day. The reference dosage is 0.9-1.5kg/m³.
